I have used brushes to apply my foundation ever since a Clinique consultant used one on me at the mall. I like to dampen the brush before putting the makeup on it because it gives me a nice, dewy wash of coverage. Spendy but worth it!
For some brushes, I use the cheap variety (elf eyeshadow brush, ecotools eyeliner brush) and think they work just as well as the more expensive version. But for a foundation brush, it's better to get a nice one, and Clinique's is great. I used to use makeup sponges until I got a makeover at the Clinque counter. Now, I'll never go back to those sponges--the brush applies foundation better, allows y...read moreou to spread it better, wastes less makeup, and feels nice. Wondeful Brush
