This product is good for skin that needs to be exfoliated to stay clear. It can be a really good addition to an acne skin care regime. Pros: - It works! I tend to break out on my chest area and back when the weather starts warming up. Using this in the warmer months, has helped prevent new flareups - For a scrub, it's gentle enough to use everyday and does not strip the skin! - It's concentrated, I've had this for about a year and have 1/2 left - It's inexpensive, $5 or $6 Cons: - Does not lather up well compared to other body ...read morewashes, the scrub is pretty thick. Works to clear up acne
I work out religiously and work up quite a sweat, which often means I get a lot of acne on my back and, well, on my butt. This acne scrub clears it up and keeps it clear if I use it every day. It isn't about luxury spa experiences with this one, it's about keeping your skin clear. If you have body acne, this will fix it. I bought this scrub to help clear up acne I was getting on my back. It worked OK, but I really didn't notice a difference and for the price it did not last long at all. not the best...but
I have great faith in the Neutrogena brand and this is one of the reasons. After a long day, this scrub may not smell good or make you feel like you're at the spa, but it does leave you feeling completely clean and smooth. I haven't had a body breakout since I started using it. I use it once or twice weekly then a nicer scented body wash the other days with wonderful results. The roughly $6.00...read more bottle lasts a long time because of the infrequency of needed use.
