this cream says soft style on it. My hair was not soft at all. this creme is like a gel and conditioner in one, which i didn't like. it made my curly hair crunchy (which is nasty and does not look natural). also, it is a little pricey because its by paul mitchell. it works just as good as a drugstore brand. as a gel, it is pretty good.
