This stuff doesn't move!
I love the texture of this pencil - it's sturdy. I love using this for tightlining under the eyelashes. You can really rub this stuff into your eyelashes and it doesn't crumble up. And it wears forever. I've washed my face and actually had a bit stay in my lashline. The only drawback is that it only comes in black (hence the 8 rating).
