This is the product listed in my "I would bawl my eyes out if this product was discontinued..." I use this eye balm over my regular eye treatment each night. I can truly see a difference on nights when I do not use it, therefore I ALWAYS use it. My recommendation is to use this product as I do: at night. I could not find one single eye cream on the market for extremely dry, sensitive under eye skin.
