This is an excellent all-purpose cream by Stella MaCartney. The effects are almost instantaneous: pores are tightened, the skin is left thoroughly moisturized and glowing but not greasy. Love this cream - but expensive!
This cream is amazing, especially in the winter and at night! It was great on my skin, which gets super dry during the winter and is sensitive as well. Helped my skin to stay super soft. It's a bit heavy for the spring months, so I just use it at night now. The price is high, but the bottle seems to last a long time (on 5 months now, most of the time using 2x per day).
