I would say this is good shampoo to use because it really cleans your hair and does not have a strong scent to it so your hair ends up smelling natural. It does not leave a residue on your hair which is always a plus. It also lathers very well by using a little more than just a quarter-sized drop of the shampoo. Really Clean
I LOVE this shampoo! It lathers up so nice without using a ton of shampoo, a small amount goes a long way. After a few days of in a row use, my red hair is brighter.
