On here and other cosmetic websites, I have only read glowing reviews that have encouraged me to buy this product. I have used this product as an awkward teenager (about six years ago). My skin is still very oily now, but it was at its peak then. From other reviews, I know that this product works for many people, but it could not handle my eyelids. I would apply this product in the morning before...read more I would go to school. By the time I would come back home (anywhere between 3 and 6), my eyeliners would be hovering on my eyelids. It also does not help that I am Asian and that my crease is a little tucked in. So... super oily skin + not very visible crease common among Asians > this product. I will not buy this product again. No creases and lasting shadow!
This primer goes on smooth and light and really works for my greasy eyelids to help eyeliners and shadows to stay put for hours. I've tried a few other brands but some of the others were too thick or came in a tube, which was hard to scoop out after a while. This tube is the perfect way to squeeze a bit out and a little goes a long way. I've been using my tube for over a year, a couple times a w...read moreeek and it's still not empty yet. But I already bought 2 more tubes, just in case haha. I have a habit of hoarding things I love just in case they discontinue it. The only bad thing is that sometimes when I don't use it for a while, you end up squeezing out a little oily clear liquid. I don't know how I lived without it
This primer is great for sweeping on before eyeshadow. This particular one is very smooth and really helps with discoloration on your eye lids giving you a perfect base for shadow. It keeps the shadow in place. The Candlelight version is BEAUTIFUL and shimmery and looks like a shadow itself. Great product
This is a great eye shadow primer for those with normal to oily lids because it has a dryness to it. When I use this I usually set it with a translucent powder then put on my eye shadow, this gives a better base for easy blending. I love it

Eeehhh...Its okay
After much hype from beauty gurus and bloggers, i decided ti purchase this when i ran out of my UD primer potion. It was such a disappointment. From the first time you open it to even now, it leaks water. Kinda like when you've opened up the mustard and have to squeeze the water out for a couple of seconds first? Exactly like that...not totally sure why its doing that but uhh yeah. I wouldn't purc...read morehase again just for that reason. However, as far as staying power, I didn't feel it performed well in that department either. I have other drugstore eyeshadow primers for a much lower cost that performs much better. If I'm given this, I might accept but I wouldn't purchase again.
