cool colors, but clumpy.
Vincent Longo waterproof liquid liner in Rossino is a mixed bag. I ADORE that it's such an unusual color. You would think a red liner would look awful but it's actually pretty freaking cool. Rihanna is an enormous fan, actually. Going against all common sense, it makes your eyes look super clear and bright drawing away any tiredness or discoloration. The only drawback to this liner is that it take...read mores a few swipes to get it looking good because it seems to clump a tidge.
