Nars Org*sm, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Kiehl's Creme with Silk Groom--all have reached cult status, and with good reason. Zoya Anchor Basecoat deserves a spot next to these beauty icons. It grabs your nail and your polish and never lets go, but is obliging enough to rub off easily with nail polish remover. I had given up on base coats until this one was recommended.
