I started using this when I noticed that my hair was getting really dried out from swimming. It did do as it promised, but the smell kind of bothered me. Also, I found that it wore off very quickly and I would need to use it a lot ... since the smell isn't too great this was kind of an issue for me. Overall, I think I need something stronger (and more pleasant smelling) for my hair, but this would probably work better for someone with less damaged/thinner hair.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
