Easy, quick, great price!!
I read about this being a new technology in haircolor, so I had to try it. I thought it lived up to what I had read. Mild on my hair, nice scent, and easy application. I needed the product to color grey in my dark brown hair, which is very resistant, and it worked beautifully. Easy to apply
I hate coloring my own hair, but it is too expensive to do at the salon all the time. (I'd rather spend the money on a pair of shoes). The color is ok, the conditioner is ok, but what I really like is the applicator. Ok, but there's better out there...
I read about the revolutionary new technology behind this product in an issue of Wired and just had to try it out - the article mentioned that it colors in a very short time but damages the hair less. Best color I've ever used - well worth the money!
I've tried everything out there and this is by far the best. My hair was actually damaged before I used this (lightest blonde) and not only is the color gorgeous but my hair is in much better condition than before I colored. Pricey For The Shine Factor

Time Saver

If you want dry frizzy hair chose this product
This was an awful product. I got it in dark brown, the color I normally use with Clairol's Hydrience. My hair came out jet black. Talk about looking like Elvira without the hot body. It was also very messy--I've been dying my hair since I was a teenager and yet it was like being a beginner all over again--the solution just dripped from the comb attachment and made dye fly every and drip everywhere...read more. I ended up just using it without the comb for faster, less messy application. Once my 10 minutes was up, rinsed, applied the conditioner, etc., my hair was so dry it brittle it basically looked like I fried my hair. It took lots of Alterna Caviar serum and my coveted Conair Infiniti Nano Flat Iron to get my hair to look decent. My hair was a total wreck for about 4 weeks.
