Pleasantly surprised
I did not have high expectations for this, but it actually worked! My lips were noticably plumper, and the effect lasts for quite a while. It is Alright
Immediately upon application I could feel the mint tingling my lips, but I saw no plumping effect after. The color is nice, but it is very sticky and it doesn't last too long.
