Very cheaply made......
Of course it costs a couple bucks and I don't see where you can go wrong with a brow tool, considering they all look the same. It looks like everybody got it going good with this brow groomer though. Unfortunately, I didn't. I used it two times and the next day after leaving it in my makeup clutch, it broke off a piece from the brush side and I had to toss it.
