No effect at all.
I purchased this eye cream because I am prone to milia (little white bumps) under my eyes. I have to use an eye cream that promotes cell turnover for that reason. Used this stuff for a full month every night and saw no improvement in my eye area. In fact, I went back to my old Bobbi Brown eye cream because my wrinkles and dark circles had become worse.
