I've been using this on and off for years. It is amazing as dealing with dry scalp issues, or what I refer to as "seasonal shedding" due to harsh changes in climate which my skin does not respond well to. This product helps so much. I don't really like the conditioner, it dries my hair out and leaves it flat and dull, but the shampoo is a lifesaver. Dried Hair, Not Clean, Bad Smell
I tried this shampoo after reading loads of great reviews and have to say that I was highly disappointed. Out of the bottle, I didn't like the distinctive astringent smell and after putting it in my hair and washing it out I didn't like the way my hair felt...really dry. Nor did this shampoo take care of any flakes. It actually irritated my scalp some more. I dont have a serious flake problem, but if this shampoo could have made it worse then it probably did.
