Also helps shorten the appearance of bruises when used several times a day afterwards. It's a little less effective on muscle aches, but I'd buy 10 of these just for the effects it has on bruises alone. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who plays any sort of contact sport that causes bruising. I absolutely love it and cannot live without it!
