This fat pencil is so soft and creamy, you can use it on your eyes, lips, and cheeks, depending on the color. You can use your fingertips to really blend well because it's so spreadable. This lip pencil is very creamy and pigmented. It glides onto my lips without flaking and last through my 8 hour work shift and eating. Great all around lip product
