Better than Batiste!!!!
This is by far my favorite dry shampoo (and believe me, I have tried so many BUT I always run back to this)!!! I have really oily, fine, dark brown hair. This product absorbs my oil with only a small amount unlike some other dry shampoos I have used which I have to use a lot of. The trick to this is to spray it on but don't rub your scalp or comb it yet. You need to spray, leave on for a minute or...read more so before rubbing your fingers on your scalp. This will help the product to work better and to not leave a white cast (which it sort of does but not too bad) if you follow these instructions. This product gives my hair a TON of volume compared to all the other dry shampoos I have used. OK, not Great
This is one of the more affordable dry shampoos on the market that actually does something. Ulta is consistently sold out of this, which tells you something. Like a previous reviewer said, this is not a miracle spray so you can't afford to let your roots get super greasy. It does, however, help quell the oil a bit and add a touch of body. I have very fine hair and I try to skip one day between washes but I NEED some sort of dry shampoo on that second day or else my hair gets flat and oily. What is frustrating for me about this dry shampoo is that even right after I spray it on my roots, my hair still looks oily. It doesn't feel as oily as it did before I use this, but it does not look matte. I also don't like the smell of this. It isn't an offensive smell, but it reminds me of a public restroom. Thankfully, the scent does not linger too long. This dry shampoo is truly a bargain and has its good points, but I do not plan to repurchase it. Best I have tried
I have not tried a lot of dry shampoos, but so far I like this one the best. I have very fine blonde hair and an oily scalp. I used this if I skip a wash, am out in the heat, and after working out. It absorbs the excess oil. It has a light pleasant scent that refreshes, but is not overpowering like other brands I have tried. I sprayed my hair at the roots and brushed it out.
