The top coat is meant nev...read moreer to yellow and to provide the toughest, finest barrier for polished nails, keeping them looking their best, along with leaving nails stronger and resistant to chipping on their own. It is a little thicker than most top coats, but it doesn't bubble (bubbles in nail polish make me crazy). Although it doesn't dry quite as quickly as Sally Hansen's great "Insta Dri," your nails are good to go in about five minutes. The wear? Oh, it's something you have to experience yourself. I put Seche Vite™ over bright red nail polish on my fingers and toes (my fingernails are very long and I'm tough on them, often using them as "tools" even though I know I should not). Twelve days later, I do not have ONE chip. I keep looking at my hands curiously, examining them for cracks in the polish or signs that the polish is about to disappear, but they look nearly as fresh as they did the day I polished them. I love it. Forever Loyal to Seche Vite
I was recommended this product from a nail technician when I was shopping at Sallys and this is AMAZING. I have never used a top coat as wonderful as this, and it does exactly what it says. It's fast-drying and it keeps colors vivid. I can go for a week without any chipping or fading. AMAZING!
This stuff dries my nails super fast. Yes, it's about $10 a bottle, but it'll save you tons of frustration when you're doing at home manis.
