Perfect
I LOVE this eyeliner. It goes on smooth with no tugging and pulling of the skin. After you apply it, it takes about 10-15 seconds for it to "dry" and then it is set. It does not smudge for the upper eyelid when you tightline. However, when you apply it to the lower lash line, it smudges slightly, probably because of your tears and the oil. I can't figure it out
The liner is thick and doesn't line very easily - I am not a huge fan of eye liner to begin with, but found this one doesn't go on easy and the color wasn't very dark either.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 6 people said helpful

Goes on easily I put it on lower lid before any eye-cream, so does not smudge . Stays on 24-hours for sure! Fantastic colours - except they need a darker lilac/purple.
