Say yes to Morrocan Oil
There are a lot of versions of this product, and while they vary, all in all Moroccan oil is just a great thing. It has a very unique texture and gives hair a lot of slip, and increases smoothness in even the coarsest hair . Love this deluxe sample
I received this Moroccanoil sample treatment and the lighter version at a hair show that I attended and I absolutely love it! First thing I noticed about this oil is the pleasant smell; I can't really describe it but it's very light and vanillay smelling in my opinion. The actual formula has a yellowish tinge to it and having overused it the first few times I use so little but it does the job. ...read moreI take about a half of a pinky nail amount, rub it around in my hands and distribute it throughout my hair, focusing on my ends and mid shaft. I tend to avoid my roots as I don't need extra oil on my scalp. I like to use this after I get out of the shower when my hair is still wet and I haven't combed it yet; I also like using this after my hair has been straightened and I just want to hit my roots to get rid of flyaways and the ends to seal up the beginnings of split ends. I looked up the price and saw that the 3 point 4 oz bottle runs at $43 which is pricey to me, however I use this oil so sparingly that I could see this bottle lasting me 6+ months. I really don't mind spending more on hair products when I know they actually work and they're so concentrated that a little goes a long way; it makes the price worth it. I definitely noticed that it cut down on my blow dry time when I DO blow dry my hair which was about once a week during the winter but during the summer I am going to try to avoid heat tools as much as possible.
