What I love about Chi straighteners is that it makes your hair so soft and shiny, but it's also fast to use. What I don't like is that it basically causes the volume of my hair to go flat. With the time I save straightening my hair, I have to spend more added time to tease my hair to get more volume. this iron is pricey but it is 100 percent worth it!!!!! it makes my hair very smooth and touchable and shiny, but because i have curly hair, this has never made my ends straight, but everything else yes. it really works and when you use the chi silk fusion, you cant go wrong. i love that this iron also functions as a curler too, so it makes it that much more worth the price. if you get this, you wont be disappointed. i think the one CON is that you cant change the heat settings.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 4 people said helpful

I heart CHI
