Product Bad for me; company even worse.
Used Hair Off Facial Wax Strips. It may have left a permanent crease in my skin as there is a crease exactly where I used the strip and believe it was not there before its use. It did not remove hair. I contacted the company (CCA Industries) and eventually they agreed to improve the warning label on their product as I suggested. They gave me a run around for years. For example, they would tell me...read more they'd call me back and not follow through with calling me or doing what they said they'd do to help. Eventually I asked for an apology for how they treated me, and the grocery store representative from where I bought it said she also suggested they send me an apology, but they sent me a threatening letter from a lawyer instead.
