Weird.
This did make my eyelashes sparkle, but the application was kind of difficult and just weird... I felt like it weighed down my eyelashes kind of also. It's like lip gloss for your eyelashes, really. I wouldn't really recommend this product because it seems unnecessary and kind of silly.
