NOT KIDDING IT WORKS ON BAGS!!!
I saw this product on you tube, and decided to try it since it was only $10. Well with ALOT of trial and error, I really like this, and the best part is that it actually works! I have very small under eye bags and they are dramatically reduced to almost nothing. I have tried it on my 65 year old mom and my other friend who has very puffy under eye bags. It has worked dramatically on them as well....read more The directions are pretty specific, but I have tweaked it and what works the best for me is that i do my normal make up routine, set it with powder and when that sets about 10 minutes later is when i use the product. The product directions are for use with a few drops of foundation or alone. I like a concealer as well so I tried it my way and found the same results as when i use it without any make up.
