Doesn't do it Smooth and Don't take away much
Smooth Away does not live up to its name. I had to basically scrape my upper lip to get any hair out and it took forever!!! The box notes that it works best for hair 1/4 inch or smaller which is pretty tiny and hard to adhere to- for hair that small shaving would be easier than grinding sand paper against your legs. WORST THING EVERRRR
I don't know why my mom decided to buy me this, but it doesn't do CRAP for me! I have very thick body hair and I dunno if this would work for someone with thinner hair, but for me it doesn't work at all. I kept moving the pad like the instructions said, and I guess it's supposed to kinda cut the hairs, but I could do that with shaving. so $10 completely wasted. oh yeah, I also tried this on m...read morey upper lip, thinking it would work with facial hairs, but it didn't. it just made my skin irritated. dont bother wasting your $
bought this after seeing the infomercial ad on tv. Seems pretty convincing. Big disappointment. Better off buying sand paper (very fine texture) and slap it on some plastic & start rubbing it against your skin. The product is just like another fancy sand paper... for your skin and yes, it hurts. Be careful, don't rub too hard!
This workd good if you are patient and have a spare 20 minutes. While shaving is faster, this is a great "dry" alternative for a last minute date or hairs that you missed in the shower. Smooth Away Hair Removal
