Not as good as Colossal

I just don't get it.
Besides the packaging, there's just not much I can like about this mascara. I don't mind the smell, but don't like it either. I'm not impressed with the length it achieves, even after multiple coats. It doesn't claim to add volume, and it certainly doesn't. Also, any tiny tear such as from laughing, yawning, or being out in the winter wind sends this stuff running. Not Maybelline's Finest!
I bought this with high expectations, as Maybelline is usually strong in the Mascara business (they also have THE best eye makeup remover -must be the oil free w/ blue cap)...Miracle worker! This mascara (sorry I digressed) was utterly disappointing. I put on several coats and it looked as though I barely had anything on. Gives you HALF the volume/thickness of the old pink and green basic Maybelline. Take it from me: Don't waste your money! not bad, but not great
This is my purse mascara. I keep hoping to find something to compare to Diorshow or TooFaced Lash injection and this doesn't do it. You can get nice length but not volume and once it is on, you can't continue to add without getting BAD results. So not hot
I did not like this product. The brush is skinny and dosen't distribute the mascara well. It has a funny smell and I did not think that it gave my lashes much volumn. I would not buy again. Not for me
I gave this mascara a 3 star rating because one is required, and one for the clever packaging, and one for how black the mascara is. The smell is atrocious! It does not have staying power (flakes by the end of the day), and does not extend your lashes like L'Oreal's Telescopic mascara. I have very light lashes, they are fairly long, and curl naturally, but unless I wear mascara, they cannot be seen. This mascara did not lengthen them at all. Not for Me...
I, like so many others, couldn't resist the packaging but the mascara itself leaves a lot to be desired. I didn't notice any extra lengthening, certainly no thickness, and there was some flakiness.
