Pretty good...could have more volume
Application process...easy to use? It was easy. the mascara went on smoothly. there was minimal "gunk" or extra mascara on the brush. Brush Type...too big, too small...easy to use? It was easy to remove with makeup remover and just washing your face in the shower. Pros Went on smoothly, glided on my eyelashes, separated and elongated my eyelashes. no gunk or clumping together. Cons It does volumize a bit, but perhaps my personal preference is for more volume. Would you buy again? Yes! Very Good
I haven't used a Max Factor mascara in awhile. I recall using the orginal 200 calories years ago and liking it . This new one is a good addition to the line. It really thickened and volumized, and does good but not super lengthening. My only issue is the wand brush is huge. Bigger than most I've used. It gets in the way a bit. If you want extreme lashes-this is for you.
This is not a mascara, its a lash plumper. That said, it makes a perfect substitute for mascara. It took me about three coats to get the desired effect, but all in all, I'm very please with this product. Great formula, not-so-great brush!
If you liked Cover Girl’s Lash Blast mascara, chances are you will love Max Factor’s 2000 Calorie Extreme Lash Plumper. It also wears really well and does not smear/smudge until I take it off with warm water and remover. My only complaint is the big fat brush. While it does help thicken, I find it hard to maneuver on my tiny Asian lashes (a long, slender brush like the one in L’oreal’s Clean Definition Telescopic Mascara tends to work best on me). Plus when it comes to the lengthening department, this does not seem to do much at all (see how short my lashes are in the picture below!) Great Masacra While It Lasts...
I really liked this mascara. I suspect that its the same formula and brush as Lash Blast since they're both owned by Proctor and Gamble. It gave me really full, clean lashes, but the tube dried out really quickly. Good-- a lot like LashBlast
there are so many similar things about this mascara and CG LashBlast (packging, wand, etc). on its own, it's a very good mascara. i like the volume it gives-- i did get a little bit of clumping, but nothing that couldn't be worked out. i experienced no flaking or smudging with this, but i still prefer LB. i will use this until it runs out, but probably won't repurchase.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Pleasantly Plump
I had gotten a trial of this mascara and was pleasantly suprised how much I liked it. I am a mascara snob. I cannot live without it and normally like Lancome mascara's. This one gave me the length and the volume. I applied it with a mascara primer and one coat was all that was needed. I was shocked that I got complements on how good my lashes looked when I was at the beauty supply store. The only ...read morenegative is that I did notice some flaking later in the day. I need to try it without the primer maybe. I also today just put a coat of Blinc mascara on top of it to stop any flaking. Another mascara to add to the makeup bag!!
When I received this mascara in the mail, I thought, "Wow, another mascara. Let's see how different this one is." I loved the length and especially the fullness of my lashes after application. I didn't really care for the fat brush (reminds me of Cover Girl's Lash Blast) It felt ackward in my hand. All in all, this is a really nice mascara. It does what it says its going to do, but its not much different from any other mascara. Nice Volume!
I had the opportunity to try the 2000 Calorie Extreme Lash Plumper, and I liked it. The brush is a plastic one that helps build volume, and the black formula is nice and thick without too much clumping. I thought it delivered excellent volume, and it was easy to remove with basic non-waterproof eye makeup remover.
