No Hydration........
My family has gone through every formula offered by Herbal Essences. We run into the same problem every time...build up. The first 2 or 3 times the shampoos and conditioners worked great and then they starting building up and giving all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) oily roots, flakes, and frizzy ends. I love Herbal Esssences, and I am a loyal customer. However, this shampoo just didn't deliver. It promises to "balance your hair", and as the name implies, hydrate your hair. But when I used it and rinsed it out, my hair was the texture of dry straw. No joke. The texture or dry straw with a touch of latex rubber glove. That is definitely not what I want in a shampoo, especially one from Herbal Ess...read moreences and with the name "Hydralicious". The scent was lovely (as are all the products in the Herbal Essences family), and the appearance of the product and packaging was modern and edgy, but the actual substance did not do anything for me. Pretty good.
