Depends on the day
Sometimes I feel like this shampoo works alright, and some days I have to wash my hair twice to feel like I've gotten it clean. I have naturally wavy/curly hair, and if I just leave it be, this shampoo almost cancels out the texture in my hair. Works alright
I have thick, curly, naturally blonde hair. The Tousle Me Softly shampoo (I pair it with the conditioner) does a good job of cleansing my hair without drying it out. My hair has tangles
A good shampoo will not tangle your hair, the shampoo will leave our hair soft and light feeling. Herbal Essences Tousle me Softly shampoo left my hair heavy with tangles. It did not make my hair feel softer. Not to mention most of the ingredients in this shampoo are unnatural. I've never heard of any of these ingredients. One word: Letdown.
I know there's no miracle hair product that is going to give you the perfect hair you want, but I've been using Herbal Essences products for years and they've always been great. Some residue

I like it
First, I think that one needs to have the right hair to achieve the desired look without using curlers or irons. As you can see in my picture, my hair is pretty straight. It's pretty thick, though, so I get it layered with a razor. The last time I went to the salon, I asked for more texture. Since my hair weighed less, drew up into a slight wave when air dried. The shampoo and conditioner were on ...read moresale, so I decided to buy them to see if it would amplify what my hair was already trying to do. It worked! I have volumized roots and tousled waves when I let my hair air dry. Again, I give much credit to my haircut, but I definitely noticed a difference with this shampoo. There were some negative reviews about this shampoo drying out hair. My hair is dry on the ends from coloring my hair red up until early this year. Eh, nothing special.
I bought this product in hoping I would have a more tousled look, but instead it didn't really do too much. The smell is bearable. My hair wasn't too soft, i really wouldn't suggest getting this product. Tousle Me Softly Shampoo
Until I put highlights in my hair this was my go to shampoo. When I wash my hair I usually get soft waves after it dries that disappear after a couple hours. this kept the wave in longer. Now that I have color in my hair I use a shampoo for color treated hair, but I still have to buy this for my husband. He likes how it leaves his hair soft.
