As a hair stylist, I've tried many products.... this is one of my favorites! I would give a 10 star review... but I really HATE the packaging, I actually remove the beautiful bottle from the dollar store looking box before placing it on the shelf. I always keep a bottle on my station, and my clients LOVE it. Almost everyone buys a bottle and agrees it's amazing. My only other complaint is the "qua...read morerter-sized" dosing amount. That amount should only be used on someone with long thick hair. I tell everyone I use it on to start with a dime-sized amount when you're doing it at home, you can always apply more if necessary. I'm not really sure why it received any negative reviews, unless her stylist simply neglected to explain how to use it. But I could be using a new formula as well. Avoid this product like the plague. I received a sample and it stated it "deeply replenished tinsel strength and repair hair fibers making hair stronger, smoother & brighter." NOT! It made my hair dry, my scalp itch and flake. I could not wait to wash my hair and scalp and get the product out of my hair and off my scalp.
