I love this top coat because it is so much more cost effective than buying dozens of new polishes in matte form. Instead I can take my favorite color and swipe this on! It dries in seconds. Putting this over regular nail polish also lasts much longer than the matte polishes. I gave it only a 9 because sometimes I get little white spots from the top coat or sometimes my nail polish crackles in a fe...read morew days and dirt or makeup can settle into the lines. Otherwise it wears very well and I enjoy coming up with interesting looks to mattify!
