This is a primer for eye shadow

Difficult to apply
I bought this in the blue/turquoise color and used it for my Halloween costume. It can be tricky to apply correctly and exactly where you want it, but once you get it in place it has decent staying power. It worked for Halloween, but I don't think I would use it for every day use.
