Best drugstore eyeliner

It is so smooth and stays on the waterline all day. It doesn't tug on the eye and right on. I don't even buy urban decay 24/7 pencil any more.

a better drugstore creamy liner out there

Pros: wont tug on the eye; its very creamy and the color oayoff is intense.. initailly; it stays in the waterline fairly longer than most drugstore eyeliners Cons:it fades throught the day... i will not wear the black color as an eyeliner if i wont be able to retouch it because it will look gray at the end of a long day
