It gives a slight dewiness to your makeup, and it's supposed to moisturize (although I live in the desert so my skin gets too dry to notice) It doesn't keep your makeup set as long as the all-nighter spray, so I still prefer that one. The all-nighter is good for me because it gets so hot.
