I always get compliments when I wear falsies. I'm always recommending it to friends, family, and coworkers, and they always come back and tell me that it's worked amazing for them. Try it if you like big dramatic lashes. I usually apply three coats, one never feels like enough for me. KEY NOTE- I really dislike the waterproof version. The regular version works fine anyways, I don't have flaking and it withstands my regular workdays perfectly. Otherwise, great mascara. Gorgeous lashes! Get black drama color
Without mascara, my eyelashes are just average. With this mascara, everyone always tells me that I have so many and long lashes! I use the black drama color because it's really black and it makes the lashes stand out! This is excellent for increasing lash length and volume, and the flare it gives is gorgeous! My eyes pop! It Has it's Pros and Cons
Overall, this is an okay product if you're not looking to spend a lot of money on a mascara, but you have to be extremely careful. It does execute its claim to make your lashes appear much longer... but it also makes them appear much clumpier. Loving the volume!
I originally came on this website because a friend told me it had great product reviews. So I tried it and I definitely started looking on here for advice on new products I wanted to buy. The "falsies" mascara was one of the first ones I checked out, based on the reviews. I found it to be very dramatic, and having lashes that tend to go STRAIGHT DOWN, I found this to be a great mascara for me! ...read more I find that once I apply it once, with one layer... it will hold my lashes up better than if I try to layer it and continue to build volume, it doesn't really work that way. Original Falsies mascara
I have NOT tried the "flared" falsies, only the original, with the blue print, and the black print. The black print I DO NOT like, because it seemed too messy and I knew I had picked the wrong one. Got better with time
When I first got this I hated it. It was too wet when applying and flaked like crazy after it dried. After a while the formula dried a bit in the tube and it stopped flaking. Weird. The brush is ok, kind of awkward to get the corners and hard to get the flared effect. Love It
I love this product. It is black and wears pretty well. It kinda flakes and smudges but because of the shape of my eyes, all mascaras do that. Maybelline Falsies Flared is probably on my top ten mascaras that I've ever used (not such a big feat, since I'm a mascara newbie. I've tried less than 10 mascaras in my life). Not What I Expected
After purchasing this item and trying it out for a week, it seemed to be living up to its name, however a couple weeks later and however many applications later, I was let down.
