An employee at Ulta recommended this to me.
I tested it in the store and was amazed at how easily it goes on. I have always had trouble with liquid liner, but not this one! I put it on and then smudge with shadow. Decent eyeliner
I like that is a potent dark black and the brush is thin and goes on easily and smoothly. The problem I have is that it isn't waterproof and it can smudge easily. easy to use
Works great. You can use a lighter pencil liner, and then go over it with the liquid benefit (so it's neat, if you do not have a steady hand) Totally does not smudge. No touch up needed, at all-This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 7 people said helpful
