It's lathers fairly well, the color is deep purple. Don't care for the smell. It does tone down the brassiness in my blond hair. I only use it maybe twice a month to help protect my color.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

This was purchased upon the stylist recomendation, but I only used it twice. It's also odd since the shampoo is an odd color. Shimmer Lights Shampoo
I use this when I have blonde highlights. It keeps them from going brassy. Don't let the color scare you. The only thing I dislike about this product is the smell.
