This really did make my teeth significantly whiter. I'm surprised that I didn't get any sensitivity in my teeth, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones considering I have a past history of sensitivity. I also use this twice a day (the box says you can use it once or twice a day) This doesn't taste bad and it stays on my teeth. It removes cleanly and is very convenient. Crest is still my best friend!
I love these! Compared to the other white strips in the Crest line, these are much easier to adhere to my teeth and stay in place. They sort of feel like heavy duty stickers but they do not hurt to remove and are easy to get off the clear wrapper that holds them. Besides the fact that these strips whiten my teeth, another awesome part about them is I have never felt any tooth sensitivity or gum pain. With other whiteners I've used in the past during the whitening process my gums will burn, but not with these. I always give tens to products I use because they really do work, and this one delivers! I expect teeth whiteners to be expensive but with all the great coupons Crest has I always catch a good deal. I will always purchase these because they really make my teeth white and I never have any tooth/gum sensitivity. I decided to try these out because my teeth were starting to look... less than gorgeous. I drink a lot of black coffee and even more tea so my teeth were becoming quite stained. These strips worked quite well. My teeth were noticably whiter after I finished up the box. The taste is not too bad, it's as though you've gargled with hydrogen peroxide. The box warns that you may experience sensitivity ...read morewith these strips and since I sometimes exoperience sensitivty, I decided to start using a sensitive teeth formula toothpaste about a week before starting the strips and continued to use them throughout treatment and then after treatment. I had no issues with sensitivity doing that.
