I am one of those people who feels that the more I use lip products, the more I seem to need them. It's as if they actually MAKE my lips chapped rather than prevent chapping. But this product is working so far for the winter of 2013. If anything changes, I will come back and update this review. I have also been using Philosophy's Kiss Me Tonight, so that might have something to do with it.
