I wonder how these people use the product. This is certainly effective for me. It gradually made my eyelashes better. It didn't happen right away, but it sure delivered wonderful results. If I could rate this product and the company that makes it zero stars, I would. I decided to use it on my eyebrows, and it left "holes" in my brows as my eyebrows started to fall out. I wish I never used it. when I contacted the company, I was emailed that no one had ever complained of their lashes or brows falling out, I find that hard to believe as I found several instances of this in reviews...read more I found on the internet (after the fact). they didn't even want the bottle back to see if there was something wrong with the batch, and didn't apologize or offer a refund.
