DIsappointing.
PROS: Cool packaging. Does make nails matte. Dries relatively quickly CONS: No matter how thick or thin of a coat I apply, or over what base polish (I've tried OPI, China Glaze, etc), it only cracks in one place, right down the center of my nail!
