Perfect but..

Smears
I bought this eyeliner as a more budget-friendly and non waterproof option for my favorite Stila stay all day waterproof. Everything went well with this Maybelline eyeliner (at first), the pigment is rich and stays true to its original color, it is easy to apply, glides smoothly. My only issue was that after a couple of hours, it smeared on my eyelid - not a sexy look. I am not getting rid of it,...read more as I figure I can use it for short periods of time. Not worth it

amazing! worth every penny

REALLY Creamy
This eyeliner is really creamy like the name implies, but its almost too creamy. It transfers to my crease and I have to keep checking on it throughout the day. It just smears around on my waterline.
