Good if you like subtlety
If you're the type of person who likes subtle, work-friendly colors then these shadows are for you. There aren't very many bright or wild colors, and even the few "wild" colors can be worn anywhere at any time. The thing that irks me the most is how much it costs just for two little squares of eyeshadow! I agree with the others--even while wearing a primer, I noticed that the shadow wore off over time. It's a good thing I got this free with a $25 purchase on Ulta because the price is a little steep for 2 eyeshadow. I got this in the color The High Society and I love this for transition colors and when blending with another darker shadow of my own. I don't really use it alone since I'm more into dark smokey eyes and this alone only gives a subtle hint of color. When I use this with other colors t...read morehough, it transforms any eyeshadow I have into a really pretty color that I can't quite describe. Great Idea, Poor Execution
I really wanted to love these eye shadows as I love their loose mineral eye shadows. While I loved the colors and the way they felt on the eye, the color simply didn't last (even with a primer). I also found that they were less pigmented on the eye than I would have liked. I have friends, however, who wore these with great staying power. It may be based on your body chemistry.
