As a former college wrestler and current coach I am constantly trying to beat the battle of skin borne bacteria and blood borne pathogens. Previously I have been using Defense Soap products, which were designed by wrestlers with wrestlers and other combative sports in mind, but I feel that these products are just as good and run a little cheaper. If you are a person who gets skin breakouts regul...read morearly, or a person involved in active combative, or even do workouts (on mats that are probably not cleaned and walked on by street shoes) do not risk Staph or MRSA, herpes, shingles, impetigo, ringworm or any other "funk" and use this soap directly after workouts.
