Good but not great
I was expecting more then this from NYX. I swiped it on my hand at ulta and it was so smooth and the color was so great that i bought it. I mainly wear eyeliner on my waterline and this is not good for that. It doesnt stay at all. I couldnt even keep it on there long enough to set it.
