Nice Color but not Long Lasting
I bought this to line the inner rims of my eyes for that super awake, doe eyed look. The color is really nice and the pencil is creamy and easy to apply. It doesn't seem like there was much attempt made to make this water proof. For a product that is meant for the inner rims of your eyes, it really should be water proof. I also dislike the quality of the packaging. This is a twist up liner and I find that every time I take the cap off, the pencil is twisted way up. I have to manually push it down each time I open it. Amazing!
For the longest time, I used a white liner on my waterline to make my eyes look bigger. I mean, it did look okay, but this makes it look so much more natural!
