this product claims to brighten eyes and diminish under eye circles and puffines,it really doesn't make any difference at all,it doesn't even moisturize,i have to apply eye cream after using it because my skin feels dry,and it leaves a sticky residueThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 8 people said helpful
