Hard to apply on straight

will not use ever
So the application of this product is fine, however I COULDNT GET THE STUFF OFF! I tried using my makeup remover wipes and it just barely faded. I scrubbed until my eyes hurt and then decided to try eye makeup remover. It sort of helped but my eyes are like stained blue. First eyeliner
